Returns & Refunds Policy
Return period
You have 14 days after delivery to request a return. After this period, we can no longer offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility conditions
- Item unworn, unwashed, odor-free, with original tags and packaging.
- Return requested and validated within 14 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase required (order number, email).
⚠️ Sale items are not refundable. A store credit or exchange may be offered if the item is new and compliant.
Return procedure
- Contact us at contact@lepaddock.store with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Wait for our validation and instructions (return address, reference to include).
- Send the item back in its original condition, properly protected.
Please do not return your purchase directly to the manufacturer.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the return, we will confirm by email its acceptance or rejection. If accepted, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
If you have not received your refund after our confirmation:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your card issuer (processing delays may apply).
- Then contact your bank.
If the refund is still delayed, email us: contact@lepaddock.store.
Exchanges
We replace defective or damaged items. Email us first at contact@lepaddock.store (photos + order number).
For a wrong size or item, an exchange is possible if the item is new and meets the conditions above.
Fees & shipping
- Return shipping fees are at the customer’s expense (unless our mistake).
- Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
- In case of a refund, return shipping fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.
- We recommend using a tracked and/or insured shipping method.
