3. Products and Pricing

We make every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your screen display will be perfectly accurate.

Prices are shown in EUR by default and converted automatically to USD or other currencies based on your location. Prices may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order; acceptance occurs when the order is shipped.

We accept payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, and Google Pay, all processed securely through Stripe with 3D Secure protection. We do not accept payments by check, cash, or bank transfer.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and account information for all purchases.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide. Standard delivery time after order processing is 10 to 15 business days. Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days before being shipped.

Once a parcel has been handed over to the carrier, LE PADDOCK LLC declines responsibility for loss, theft, or damage occurring during the delivery process. We carefully select reliable carriers, but inherent shipping risks remain the customer’s responsibility.

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct and complete. We decline responsibility for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

6. Returns and Refunds

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Sale items are not refundable. A store credit or exchange may be offered if the item is unworn and meets our return conditions.

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense (unless the return is due to our error). Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) receive the last item.

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw by sending an unambiguous statement to contact@lepaddock.store, including your order number.

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including the initial shipping costs (except any extra costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our standard option), within 14 days of being informed of your decision. The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you provide proof of return shipment, whichever comes first. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods (approximately EUR 4).

8. User Account and Conduct

If you create an account on our Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to engage in any activity that could compromise the security of the Site, other users, or our services.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images, photographs) is the property of LE PADDOCK LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Site without our express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LE PADDOCK LLC, its directors, employees, affiliates, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the Site or our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the relevant product in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold LE PADDOCK LLC harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
